Meet The Judges
John Horgan
John Hogan, recently retired financial broker from Dublin, worked for over three decades in the industry, providing expert advice and managing portfolios for a diverse clientele. Known for his strategic acumen and integrity, John built a reputation for helping clients achieve their financial goals through prudent investment strategies and personalised financial planning. John was a committee member of PIBA, Chair of its regulatory and compliance committee and editor of The Professional broker magazine. John was Dublin Chair of the LIA.
He has a BA in Economics from Trinity College, Q.F.A., F.L.I.A., A.P.A., S.I.A., P.T.P. and a diploma in personnel management.
John, who loves to travel and attend rugby matches, is also active with some non profits and acts as a consultant to a number of clients.

Suzanne Brennan
​Suzanne has held leadership roles across Change & Transformation, Operations and Training & Development in Insurance for 12 years. She led cross-functional teams in 123.ie and RSA Insurance Ireland enabling the design and delivery of change initiatives across all areas of the organisations, and building organisational capability through impactful learning programmes.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor Degree in Anthropology and English, and a Masters Degree in Design Innovation from Maynooth University. She joined InsTech.ie in 2022 as Innovation Lead, where she combines her passion for innovation and digital design with her knowledge of the insurance industry. Her commitment to placing people at the core of innovation initiatives and digital transformation reflects her belief in the power of human-centric approaches to drive meaningful change and shape the future of the industry
