Consideration will be given to the following:

• Performance: Brokers will be evaluated based on their track record of providing expert advice and guidance to their clients over the past year, three years, and five years. Outline of the operational structure of the team or colleagues who manage this product area.

• Reputation/Contribution: Judges will consider the Broker’s reputation in the industry and its contribution, as well as client feedback and the Brokers involvement within the community. Please indicate the cultural approach to sustainability, diversity, and inclusiveness (if applicable)

• Services Offered: The range and quality of services offered by the Broker will be evaluated, including mortgage options, advice and guidance, risk management, compliance, and reporting. A clear understanding of standout benefits for clients buying/getting advice on this area through your Brokerage? In selling this product, what set’s you apart from your competition?

• Innovation and Technology: The Broker’s use of technology and innovation to enhance their services will be considered.

• Customer Service: Judges will assess the level of customer service provided by the Broker, including the responsiveness and quality of customer support and the overall client experience.

• Industry Recognition: Any industry awards or recognition received by the Broker will also be taken into consideration. Outline any Educational achievements within your company.
